How to open an account
You need to be 18 or older to register. Tick the box on the form to confirm this — lie about it, and every transaction afterward is cancelled. Checking that online betting is legal where you live is also on you.
- One account per person. That also means one per household, one per device, one per payment method.
- Your name, phone number and email have to be real and yours.
- Give false details and we can freeze the account, cancel the bets, and hold the balance until things are sorted.
- Your account is yours alone. Don't sell it, hand it over, or let someone else play on it.
Your login and your account
You register with your phone number and choose a password. These are yours — anything done through your account counts as done by you. Think someone has your password? Change it right away.
Confirm your phone and email as soon as you can. It's how we reach you about a withdrawal, a security issue, or a complaint you've filed. We might also ask you to prove the account is really yours before paying out a withdrawal.
Money in, money out
Balances, bets and payments run in Turkish lira. Each payment method has its own minimum, processing time and limit — you'll see these on screen when you pay, not here.
- Deposit only from something registered in your own name. Money from someone else's card or bank account can get sent back, and your account restricted.
- Withdrawals return to whatever method you used to deposit, if the provider allows it.
- Your balance is for playing, not saving — it earns no interest. Deposit money and withdraw it without playing, and we may ask why.
- Sometimes a payment sits pending with the provider. If it does, we'll tell you what's happening.
Bonuses and wagering rules
Every bonus has its own terms right on the offer card, and those beat whatever's written here in general. That goes for the welcome package, deposit bonuses, free spins, the trial bonus, daily quests and sticker rewards. Enter a promo code before making the deposit it's for.
You can only withdraw bonus money and any winnings from it once you've finished the wagering attached to that offer. Claim the same bonus more than once, or clear the wagering with barely-there risk or bets that cancel each other out, and we take back the bonus and whatever it won.
Betting on sports
- A bet locks in the moment we accept it, at whatever odds were shown then. Odds move while you're confirming? You get the new number, not the old one.
- We settle bets on the official result from the event organiser. Fix that result, and we fix the settlement too.
- You get your stake back if an event's cancelled, delayed past a reasonable point, a market opened by mistake, or the odds were clearly wrong.
- Scores, clocks and stats on the site are just a guide — the official record decides how a bet settles.
Playing casino games
Games in the casino lobby, slots, live casino and instant games belong to the studios named on those pages. Their own generator decides every round's result — once a round starts, neither of us can change that.
Connection drops, tab closes, phone falls asleep — the round still settles from the provider's records, and an unfinished one is usually there when you come back. A round broken by a clear glitch gets voided, along with any payout. Demo mode risks nothing and pays nothing.
What you can't do
- Run more than one account, or play on someone else's.
- Use bots, scripts, or any automated betting tool.
- Exploit an error, a double bonus, or wrong odds instead of telling us.
- Go straight to a chargeback with the payment provider instead of filing a complaint.
- Act aggressively toward support staff or other players.
- Use the site under 18, or let a child use your account.
Break any of this and we can void bets, take back bonuses, and restrict or close your account. Money you deposited properly, and don't owe elsewhere, still comes back to you.
Changes and closing your account
We can change these rules. Whatever's live on this page is the current version, in force from the moment it goes up — though a change won't be applied backward to a bonus you're already wagering.
Close your account whenever you like — just withdraw your real balance first, since bonus balance disappears when you close. Want a break instead of closing for good?
