This page explains which personal data Lüks Casino collects, why it processes them, how long it keeps them and who it shares them with. When you open an account on the site you accept the practices written here. The policy is read together with the Terms and Conditions.
Which data we collect
The data we collect come from three sources: you enter them at registration, the system records them while you play, and the provider returns them to us during payment. We do not buy personal data from third parties for advertising.
| Type of data | Why we collect it | Retention period |
|---|---|---|
| Phone number and email | Opening the account, confirming the login, reaching you | As long as the account is open |
| Name, date of birth | Verifying the 18 age limit and account ownership | For as long as the law requires |
| Payment details | Carrying out deposits and withdrawals | For as long as the law requires |
| Betting and game history | Settlement, bonus wagering, reviewing complaints | For as long as the law requires |
| IP address and device data | Security, detecting multiple accounts and fraud | A limited period after the record is made |
| Support correspondence | Following and closing an open complaint | A limited period after the file is closed |
| Cookie records | Keeping the session open, remembering language and preferences | The lifetime of the cookie itself |
Why we process the data
- Performing the contract: opening the account, accepting the bet, making the payment.
- Legal obligation: age verification, identity checks and record keeping.
- Legitimate interest: preventing fraud, bot use and multiple accounts.
- Explicit consent: sending bonus announcements and campaign notifications.
You can withdraw your consent to notifications at any time. Withdrawing it does not close your account; it only stops marketing messages.
Cookies
Cookies are small records stored in your browser. Without the essential cookies the session does not stay open and the site does not work. Preference cookies remember the language and the screen settings. Measurement cookies show in aggregate which sections are used; they are not used to identify an individual player.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the essential cookies you will not be able to log in.
Who we share the data with
- Payment providers: only as much as completing the transaction requires.
- Game studios: to verify the outcome of a round and the bet record.
- Identity verification services: to confirm age and account ownership.
- Competent authorities: when the law requires it and to the extent requested.
We do not sell your data for advertising and we do not rent our lists to third parties. Our service providers process your data only on our behalf and on our instructions.
Security
The connection between the site and your browser is encrypted. Passwords are stored in a form that cannot be reversed, which means nobody, the support team included, can see your password. Access rights follow the job: only the payments team looks at payment records, only the team handling a file looks at a complaint file.
Half of account security is in your hands: do not use your password on any other site, do not share the confirmation code with anyone and do not leave the session open on a device you do not know.
Your rights
- You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- You can ask for wrong or incomplete details to be corrected.
- You can ask for the deletion of data that fall outside the legal retention duty.
- You can object to marketing messages and withdraw your consent.
Send your request through support. Closing your account does not mean that all data are deleted at once: payment and betting records are kept until the legal period expires and are then deleted. A self exclusion record is held until its term ends, so that the exclusion actually works; this is explained on the Responsible Gaming page. The route to follow in a dispute about data processing is on the Player Complaint Policy page.
Changes to this policy
The policy may change. The version published on this page is the current one and applies from the moment it is published. When a change widens the type of data collected or the scope of sharing, we announce it to the contact address registered on your account.
